Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information BISON POS collects when you visit bisonpos.com, why, and what choices you have. We only collect what we need to answer your enquiries and understand how the site is used — nothing is sold or shared with advertisers.

Information you provide to us

When you use the contact form, we ask for your name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message. This is sent directly by email to our team so we can respond to you — it is not saved in a database on our website or servers. The only copy that exists afterward is the email itself, in the inbox of the staff member who receives it, kept for as long as that mailbox retains messages (managed like any other business email, not by this website).

If you contact us via WhatsApp or phone instead, that conversation happens entirely within WhatsApp or your phone provider — governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

Information collected automatically

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for every visitor, regardless of cookie consent — it counts visits and page views without setting cookies, storing anything in your browser, or assigning you a persistent identifier, so it can't identify you or track you across sites. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

If you additionally accept the cookie banner, we also use Google Analytics to understand which pages and products are popular and how visitors reach the site (e.g. search vs. social media). This is anonymized/aggregated usage data — page views, button clicks (WhatsApp/call/email buttons, product views), and general location/device information. See our Cookie Policy for exactly what this involves and how to opt out. If you decline or don't respond to the cookie banner, none of this loads and no analytics cookies are set — see below.

Our web server also automatically logs standard technical information for security and reliability purposes (e.g. IP address, timestamp, and whether a request succeeded or failed) — for example, if the contact form fails to send. These operational logs never include the content of your message, and are rotated out automatically after a short period.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies at all until you choose to accept analytics. Our always-on traffic counter (Cloudflare Web Analytics, above) is cookie-less by design and is unaffected by this choice. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.

Third parties we use

• Cloudflare Web Analytics (always on, cookie-less) — see Cloudflare's Web Analytics privacy documentation.
• Google Analytics (only after consent) — see Google's Privacy Policy.
• WhatsApp (Meta) — used only if you click a WhatsApp button, which opens a chat outside our website.
• Our email is sent via a standard SMTP provider purely to deliver your message to us; it does not retain or use your data for any other purpose.

We do not use advertising trackers, sell data to third parties, or run re-targeting/remarketing campaigns.

Your choices

• You can decline or withdraw analytics consent at any time — see the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer.
• You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete an enquiry you sent us, by emailing admin@bisonpos.com.
• You're never required to use the contact form, WhatsApp, or analytics to browse the site or view our products.

Children

This site is intended for business customers and is not directed at children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
